Ages: Students entering 6th - 12th Grade

Dates: July 13-16, 2022

Registration Deadline:  ALL payments and forms, including signature forms, must be completed and submitted online by SUNDAY, JUNE 12TH. There will be an automatic $16 FEE INCREASE assessed for any registrations received after this date.

The camp deposit is nonrefundable. All payments will be received via Brushfire and do not include additional church transportation and or meal fees to and from camp.

WHAT TO BRING
A backpack or medium-sized duffle bag or suitcase. Items must fit into leader vehicles and under beds in campus dorms; excessive packing is just not feasible for the cleanliness and space of the campus facility. Bring a Bible, pen/pencil, writing pad, flashlight, bedding or sleeping bag, towels, washcloths, soap, etc. A light jacket and appropriate clothes for the week’s activities. Modest and appropriate clothing. Optionally, bring money for shopping, coffee and snack bar, and camp swag. The district nor the camp/church leadership will be responsible for stolen or damaged items brought to camp.

WHAT NOT TO BRING
No weapons, fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs. We encourage no cell phones/electronics during our time at camp.

MEDICATIONS
Medications should come in pharmacy-labeled containers with dosage information included.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for registration refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email to haylee@thebridgeva.org by July 1, 2022.

• Deposits are non-refundable. 

• Phone cancellations will not be accepted

If the event is canceled, registration expenses will be refunded.
